Mailing Packages to Me

Time to decide how to get my stuff to Alaska.  I looked up the nearest UPS location which was in Kodiak.  That is 124.7 miles away. It is also in a town that you can only get to by plane.  Next stop, FEDEX.  Nearest location is 100 miles away, also in a town that can only by accessed by plane.  I think its a theme.  That leaves the good old United States Post Office.  King Salmon, zip code 99613, has a post office.  They do not deliver the mail to your house, you have to have a post office box.  Easily enough you can do that over the Internet.  I now have an Alaskan address.  You can ship anything to 99613, as long as it does not weigh over 70 pounds and is not more than 130 inches in combined length and girth.  The maximum price would be $120.00.  It will take 11-14 days to arrive.  So I can mail myself a package on the 19th and it should be there when I arrive or shortly there after.  Now the problem is without a car how to get 70 pound packages home.  Do I mail everything at once and hire the taxi to help retrieve my mail or mail the packages so they arrive at different times and just get a lot of exercise?
